Noxious Weed Removal

As land stewards, we do our best to increase biodiversity, while being mindful of supporting plant, animal and insect communities that were here long before we were. Part of doing this effectively requires us to stay on top certain species that might get out of control!

Also known as invasive plants, as they tend to really take over, we recognize these species have a purpose and fulfill an ecological niche. They tend to be a noxious weed for us when grown in areas with little natural predators, so they can get a little out of hand.

As those of us who have ever come across plants such as Himalayan Blackberry, Holly, English Ivy, Tree of Heaven and many others on this long list of noxious plants know, removal is a process! On top of basic removal, which can be tedious and time-consuming, it's important to come up with a plan for long-term management.

Let us support you in developing a plan for both removal as well as rehabilitation of your site, for the benefit of the ecosystem, as well as the humans who share these spaces.
